These Guest Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the booking channels and services offered by UZEL Tech Group LLC d/b/a UZEL Elite Limousine (“Uzel Elite”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”) and your use of our websites, web applications, and other tools (collectively, the “Platform”).
By making a booking, using our Platform, or riding in a vehicle arranged by us (the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Who we are
Uzel Elite is a premium ground transportation and limousine service provider operating in the United States...
1.2 Nature of our role
Depending on the market and ride type:
- We may act as the transportation provider
- Or we may act as an intermediary assigning rides to licensed TSPs
1.3 Other policies
These Terms incorporate by reference all other published policies (Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, etc.).
2. Contractual Relationship & Booking Conclusion
2.1 Ride request
When you submit a booking form or request, you are making an offer to book a ride.
2.2 Booking confirmation
A ride is confirmed only when you receive an official “Booking Confirmation” with trip details.
2.3 Who your contract is with
In some cases the provider is Uzel Elite; in others, an independent Transportation Service Provider.
3. Guest Information & Eligibility
3.1 Information you provide
You must provide accurate and complete booking information.
3.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
3.3 Accounts
Account misuse may result in suspension or termination.
4. Ride Types & Service Details
4.1 Ride types offered
- Point-to-point transfers
- Airport transfers
- Hourly/as-directed
- Long-distance city-to-city rides
4.2 Pricing & distance
Prices depend on distance, traffic estimates, service options, etc.
4.3 Hourly bookings
Hourly rides begin at the scheduled pickup time.
5. Pickup, Waiting Time & No-Shows
5.1 Pickup time
Your official pickup time is the one shown on your Booking Confirmation.
5.2 Included waiting time
Typical waiting time allowances:
- International flights: 60 minutes
- Domestic flights & trains: 30 minutes
- Homes/hotels/addresses: 15 minutes
5.3 No-shows
A no-show is charged at 100% of the fare.
6. Vehicle Class, Upgrades & Substitutions
Vehicle models shown in marketing materials are examples only.
7. Safety, Luggage, Children, Pets & Conduct
Passengers must follow all safety and legal requirements.
7.5 Pets & Service Animals
Service animals are accepted with proper documentation; pet fees apply for non-service animals.
7.7 Cleaning & damage fees
Damage or excessive mess may incur cleaning charges.
8. Changes, Cancellations, Rebooking & Delays
8.1 Changing your ride
Changes allowed up to 8 hours before pickup when possible.
8.2 Cancellations by you
- 12+ hours: full refund
- 4–12 hours: $70 fee
- 1–4 hours: 50% fee
- Under 1 hour: 100% charge
9. Prices, Fees & Payment
Quotes include base fare and applicable fees. Extra charges apply for added time, stops, tolls, etc.
10. Liability & Disclaimers
Uzel Elite is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or events outside its control.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by Uzel Elite and may not be copied or reused.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Uzel Elite for damages arising from misuse, illegal conduct, or policy violations.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure caused by natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, etc.
14. Term, Suspension & Termination
We may suspend services for violations or fraud.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by New York State law; disputes handled in New York courts unless otherwise required.
16. Final Provisions
These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Uzel Elite.
